Mentored 6 freshers at TCS, guiding each one through a 3-week hands-on programme in Power Apps and Power Automate until they could build on their own.

Built 2 applications single-handedly at Mott MacDonald, from first requirement to final release. As a Technical Lead at HCLTech, I still build hands-on alongside my team.

SharePoint stops at 5,000 items per request. Three proven ways past the limit: pagination, looping Get items by ID, and SharePoint HTTP requests.
Power Apps has no built-in quarter function. Ready-to-use Power Fx formulas for both fiscal years (April start) and calendar years.
